Lhotse  ( Nepali : ल्होत्से  L'hōtsē   [loːtsi] ; Tibetan : ལྷོ་རྩེ, lho rtse ) is the fourth highest mountain  in the world at 8,516 metres (27,940 ft), after Mount Everest , K2 , and Kangchenjunga .
